How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?
To cancel an order, simply send us an
or give us a call at (503) 284-2283 between 9:30-5:30 PST and explain the situation. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible as our turnaround time tends to go quickly. For Baby Wit shirts, if they have already been printed there will be a $5/per shirt restocking fee. In addition, if your order has already been shipped you are obligated to cover shipping costs.
How do I add to or change my order?
As soon as you have realized you want to make a change to your order, send us an and explain. You may also reach us by phone at (503) 284-2283 between 9:30-5:30 PST.
How will I know when my return is processed?
Please make sure your return package is insured and prepaid unless we have sent you a return envelope. If you are exchanging an item for something else you will receive an email from us once the item has been shipped out. If you are returning an item for a refund you will see a credit for the return on the credit card billing statement following receipt of your package. The general turnaround time for refunding credit cards is 5-7 business days.

What does it mean when it says an item is backordered?
If an item is backordered it means we are waiting to receive more from the manufacturer. Because we buy from various vendors, it could take anywhere from a few days to a few months to receive the items we’re waiting on. For questions about a specific backordered item send us an

Why have I been charged twice?
Chances are-- you haven’t been. When a card is declined your bank will hold on to funds for up to three business days, after which they are automatically reverted back into your account. If you process your order (i.e. click the submit button) more than once you may have been declined for one transaction while the other has gone through. The first step is to call your bank and find out when those funds will be available to you. Do you ship internationally?
We ship Canada and most European countries.We also ship to a select few international locations in South America and Asia.
Can you put my name on a shirt or make a custom print?
Currently we are not set up to do this as our transfers are purchased in bulk quantities. |
