This soft dress is made from 100% organic cotton and features all of our favorite touches including contrasting trim on a roomy cloak hoodie, wide sleeves, and gathered waist band. Hand-sewn in Portland, Oregon. Available in sizes 18-24 up to girls' size 8. Green with Carolina Blue Trim.
