Holiday Shipping & Delivery and Hours

To receive your packages before December 25th please use the following guide.

USPS Retail Ground last day to order is December 15th before noon PST.

USPS First Class and Fed Ex Express Saver  last day to order is December 20th before noon PST.

USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex 2 day last day to order is December 21st before noon PST.

USPS Priority Express and Fed Ex Overnight last day to order is December 23rd before noon PST.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship anywhere in the U.S. and to many countries internationally. You have the option of shipping via FedEx (next day, 2nd day, Express Saver) or US Postal Service.

US Postal Service

USPS orders are processed within one to two business days from the order date and arrive more quickly than Fed Ex Ground or Home Delivery. In our experience, the US Postal Service is pretty reliable: our T-shirts generally arrive at domestic locations with a week from the order date. Our shipping and handling rates are in accordance with the USPS zoning charts. First Class is the cheapest and our recommended shipment method unless you order 5 or more shirts, in which case Priority Mail is your best bet. Our mail lady has informed me that there is absolutely no difference in delivery time between Priority Mail and First Class. Priority Mail & First Class Mail generally arrives within 3-5 days of your order. None of the USPS mailing methods guarantee delivery dates. If you're in a hurry to get your order, consider using Fed Ex.

Because of our wide selection of products, we will occasionally be out of stock of the item that you have ordered. When we run out of stock we will contact you to offer you the alternative of selecting a different shirt or waiting on your order. Please provide me with a valid email address and phone number so that we can contact you!

Make sure that your ship to address is correct as we are not responsible for lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the USPS.

If you do not receive your package after 21 days (45 days for international orders) we will ask you to fill out one of my insurance handler's claim forms before reshipping your package.

If you wait more than 75 days to report an undelivered package we will be unable to send you out a replacement package or refund you as the insurance company we use will not let us file a claim for your package after 90 days of shipment.

If you return an item that has been shipped to you using our free shipping offer we will deduct the cost of shipment from your total refund.

FedEx

Fed Ex is the only method of shipping in which we can guarantee an exact delivery date. Fed Ex orders (overnight, 2-day and express only) are processed Monday-Friday before noon PST. If you place your order before noon we will ship it the same day, if your order is placed after noon, it will ship the next week day if the item is in stock. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If your item is out of stock you will receive an email and a phone call asking if you would like to hold your order or substitute. Your order will not ship until we receive an answer. If you are shipping to an address other than your own we will need a verbal confirmation from you before we can ship your package. If your billing address does not match up with the one provided we will need to confirm your billing address before we can ship your package. Please provide me with a valid email and phone number.

Fed Ex DOES NOT deliver on weekends. Fed Ex DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. We do request a signature upon delivery unless you specifically ask to waive a signature. If you waive the signature you accept full responsibility for the package after Fed Ex has delivered it.

International Orders

Babwit ships worldwide, however, our insurance restricts us from shipping to these countries.

Prices on our sites are in US dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the US. We reserve the right to cancel any international order. If this happens, you will receive an e-mail and a full refund.

The recipient of the package will be responsible for all inbound customs duties, taxes, tariffs, processing fees and related costs. These amounts are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping costs of the items. If your item is a gift to someone overseas it is often better for you to receive the goods and ship them out to your recipient as gifts do not normally incur duties. If you are an international order and do not pick up your package or pay the customs and the package is returned to us we will deduct any shipping costs we incur from your refund.

We offer several different international shipping options:

USPS Express Mail International: If you choose this shipping service your package is guaranteed to arrive 3-5 business days from our ship date and can be tracked online.

USPS Priority Mail International: If you choose this shipping service your package will arrive in 6-10 business days from our ship date.

First Class Mail International: Items shipped using this service usually arrive 10-20 business days from our ship date, although shipment can take up to 45 days. Packages shipped first class international cannot be tracked.

If you do not receive your package after 45 days we will ask you to fill out one of my insurance handler's claim forms before reshipping your package.

If you wait more than 75 days to report an undelivered package we will be unable to send you out a replacement package or refund you as the insurance company we use will not let me file a claim for your package after 90 days of shipment.

Returns & Replacements

SALE ITEMS

We allow exchanges and returns but you are required to pay for shipping costs both ways on all exchanges and returns for any sale item. 

Non Customized Items

Any regularly priced product purchased from babywit.com that has not been customized can be returned within 15 days of the shipping date for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the merchandise (shipping excluded.) Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by babywit.com. (e.g. wrong item/color).

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unwashed & unused, with the original tags on it. Please include a quick note explaining why you are returning and send it back along with the items to be returned to:

and include your original invoice number.

For refunds, your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price of the product, including taxes, but not including shipping. Credit card returns can only be refunded onto the original card used. If you are returning a product that was purchased during a promotional period of Free Shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, a replacement order will be shipped out once the goods to be exchanged have been received. If you have created an account on our website you can easily obtain an RA number for your products. If you did not create an account please e-mail or call me for an RA number as we will be unable to accept returns without this number labeled clearly on your package! Include a note within your package stating what action you would like us to take.

If you return an item that has been shipped to you using our free shipping offer we will deduct the cost of shipment from your total refund.

Customized Items

On all customized items we can only accept exchanges (unless of course we make your item in the wrong size or color combo, in which case we will ship you out the correct item.) If you do not wish to receive an exchange we will refund you your purchase price minus a $6 restocking fee per customized shirt and the shipping charge.

If you have received the wrong item we will send you out a prepaid envelope for you to return the merchandise in. Upon receipt we will send you out the correct item. If you would like the item sent out immediately we can charge your credit card $10 per item and ship you out the correct item(s) along with a prepaid return envelope. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will refund your credit card the $10 per item.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to exchange your new, unworn, unwashed shirt simply mail it back to:

Items Lost in the Mail

All our items are shipped with delivery confirmation. If your package is not delivered, we will resend your package. We prefer to send packages lost in the mail to a different address than the original. If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us. We do reserve the right to resend delivered packages to our discretion.

Ordering

You can place an order over our website or by phoning us at 503-284-2283. We will be happy to take your order over the phone and help you in any way we can.

You will receive an email invoice letting you know that your order has been received. This is the only invoice you will receive from us as we do not send out paper invoices with our packages. You will also receive an email when your order ships and it will contain your tracking number. To check on the status of your order simply log into your account on our website. This will provide all the latest information we have about your order.

We do price match. If you should find a lower price on the Internet (please take into account shipping in the total) just call us 503-284-2283 or send us an email with the url and we will try our best to give you a better deal. It may be matching the price or it may be adding in a free specialty shirt into your order.

Privacy & Security

Babywit.com does not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is guaranteed. We do gather and save your information including your name, address, phone number, e-mails, credit card information and past order history in order to fulfill your orders, answer any customer services questions and enhance your shopping experience.

All feedback, e-mails, comments, suggestions and ideas submitted to Babywit LLC becomes the property of Baby Wit LLC. Photos submitted to Baby Wit LLC can be used by Baby Wit LLC and Baby Wit LLC is under no obligation to pay compensation for use of comments or photos unless otherwise agreed.

For security on my website we use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your information and is guaranteed to securely pass your information through our systems. We do not store any of your credit card information within our store, on our server or in our websites.
