We typically take between 2-7 days to fulfill your order. Shipping time depends on your location and in the USA is between 3-8 business days and International can take between 10-30 days.

We do ship all overnight orders placed before noon PST the same day using USPS Priority Express. Depending on your location, delivery can take between 1-2 days. We also ship using Fed Ex Overnight but it is about twice the cost as USPS Priority Express.

We hand-press and ship everything from Portland, Oregon USA.

We use Fed Ex, USPS and UPS. It depends on what service offers the best shipping rate. For lighter orders it's normally USPS and for orders over 3 pounds it tends to be UPS.

We ship to Canada and most European countries. We also ship to a select few international locations. If we do not ship to your country it is not personal. It's just that our insurance does not cover your location.

The recipient of the package will be responsible for all inbound customs duties, taxes, tariffs, processing fees and related costs. These amounts are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping costs of the items. It varies from country to country so it's best to just ask your local customs office before you order so you won't get any unwanted surprises. We don't determine the fees, that's your government at work. If your item is a gift to someone overseas it is often better for you to receive the goods and ship them out to your recipient as gifts do not normally incur duties. If you are an international order and do not pick up your package or pay the customs and the package is returned to us we will deduct any shipping costs we incur from your refund.

If you purchased our Green Shipping Protection during checkout (which offsets your carbon footprint and completely protects your package from unforeseen shipping issues) you will be sent out a replacement or offered a full refund. 

If it's been more than 7 working days since your order was shipped please check your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes and check with your local post office.

If you made an error with your address we will refund your order once we receive it back again.

If your order has been shipped but shows undelivered after 30 days we will ship you out a replacement.

To make any changes to your order, please do so as quickly as possible as we custom make most of your items and usually begin work within the hour (unless you are ordering at midnight...) Email us through our contact form. This is much faster than calling as we are always on the computer...not so much with the phone.

We accept returns of all non-sale items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and unscented. 

Upon receipt we will either issue you a refund to your credit card for the amount of the shirt minus any shipping charges we incurred or a store credit for the amount in full without deducting shipping. Just let us know which option you'd prefer.

If an item arrived damaged past the scope of the product description or you did not receive your package let us know and we will send you out a replacement.

Make sure you check our size charts in the tabs under the product description before ordering.

Sure thing! Exchanges are allowed on unused items with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt we will issue you a store to use whenever you like online or in our shop.

Baby Wit does not share or sell your information with anyone. We don't store your credit card information. We promise not to email you except in regards to your order unless you sign up for our newsletter. All feedback, e-mails, comments, suggestions and ideas submitted to Baby Wit becomes the property of Baby Wit. Photos submitted to Baby Wit can be used by Baby Wit and Baby Wit is under no obligation to pay compensation for use of comments or photos unless otherwise agreed. For security on our website we use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your information and it is guaranteed to securely pass your information through our systems. We do not store any of your credit card information within our store, on our server or in our websites.

We print on US made shirts and one pieces. Most of our stock is made from GOTS certified organic cotton. We are in the process of converting all our decals to water-based inks.

Be aware that shades of colors may differ from what you see because of differences in monitors.

Most of our designs are original art. We also add in pop culture and symbolic references.

We started selling only Baby Wit designs but as we grew, we began stocking other small designers as well. We looked specifically for Made In The USA clothing. If it wasn't made in the US they had to be transparent in their manufacturing overseas.

A few years ago we moved back to only selling our own line and our discount section is made up of the leftover stock from other manufacturers, samples from and discontinued items from Baby Wit.

Currently we are not set up to do this as our graphics are screen printed onto paper and purchased in bulk quantities.

We LOVE to partner up with awesome bloggers such as yourselves! However, unfortunately due to the sheer number of requests we receive we are unable to work with everybody. If you are interested then please use our contact form and provide your blog information, and the details of your request (i.e. review only, review + giveaway). Writers, we love your content for parents. Send us your idea first for approval. We are pretty stringent about what gets onto our blog because our customers read it. We like controversial topics, personal experiences, lessons learned, how you do it, tips & tricks etc.
